How do I place an order?
After
browsing my item, if you would like to place an order
just make note of the item number and send me an
order form. All the information you need to submit is
there for you to fill out, including all available
options. You may include more than one item on the
form! Just list the item numbers and include any
instructions or clarifications in the "Special
Instructions" field.

Can I order more than one item at a time?
Absolutely!
Just list all items you would like to purchase on the
order form.
If you are ordering Custom Panties or a membership to my Panty of the Month Club (POM), I just ask that you submit a separate applicable order form as there are different options and fields on Custom Panties and POM order forms.

What happens after I send the order form?
Usually
within 24-48 hours I will contact you via email with
further payment information. Occasionally it may take
a bit longer than 48 hours if I have been away. Your
order is not final until payment is received.
Payment must be received within 48 hours, after receipt of confirmation email, for online payments and 5 days for mailed payments.

I placed an order but I haven't heard from you?
It usually
takes me between 24 and 48 hours to respond to a new
order. I do not have access to my email on Saturday
and Sunday so if you have submitted an order on a
Friday or over the weekend it will take a few days
for me to respond. Please remember to check my
calendar to
see if I might be away.
Please keep in mind that I get hundreds of emails a day so if my response is not lightening quick it does not mean I am not going to respond or don't care about you! I like to give each and every one of my buyers the same personalized attention.

How long before you ship?
It depends
on how many orders I have, and when my 'girly time'
is taking place. Please check the current wait time
posted on the home page for
an estimate.
Is my estimated ship date guaranteed?
Unfortunately,
due to the general wait time for my panties I cannot
offer an exact ship date. I will say that I do
everything possible to provide an accurate date and
generally ship on the date given to you or before.
If I have received Rush orders everyone's (not just your!) order may be pushed back but the difference usually does not amount to more than a few days.

Why is there such a long waiting time?
Every
single item you will find on this site is worn,
prepared, packaged, and sent by ONLY me. I do not
have anyone helping me. I am a real girl and I
personally wear every single item for at least 24
hours or the number of days you specifiy. I will
never just wipe and ship a pair of panties! You will
get an item that is genuinely worn by me for at least
a full day if not more with lots of playtime!
When you place your order, I actually have a calandar that I set aside a certain number of days for YOU and ONLY YOU! It certainly takes the guesswork out of which pair of panties I should wear for the day! *giggle* That way, I have a good idea when I will be able to ship a new order. Depending on the number of orders I have, it could be a bit of a wait, but I assure you it's worth it!! I tend to be a popular girl. *hehe* I can't guarantee a specific ship date, but I can give you a pretty good idea and it's usually dead on if not very close!
If you are in a big hurry to get my items, you can specify Rush Wear when you order. Your order will be moved to the front of the "line" (so to speak) and processed first. But remember, good things come to those who are patient! *wink*

What if I want my order right away?
I process
orders as quickly as I can, however, if you are in a
rush to receive your items you can add
"Rush Wear" to your
order for an additional $35.00. Orders are
processed in the order they are received but with
Rush Wear, your order will be moved to the top of
the list, worn and shipped as soon as I can wear
them, peel them off my body, and ship!

How do you package your items?
• All items are sealed in a ziploc bag to ensure freshness (vacuum sealing optional)
• Ziploc bags are wrapped in colorful tissue and wrapped tight
• Every order receives a handwritten note from me on my personal stationary
Packaging Options...
You have a choice on how you would like your item sealed:
Ziploc sealed
This option is included with all orders. Your item(s) are sealed tight in a ziploc bag.
Vacuum sealed
This is an additional option available for just $2 extra per item. If you would like the freshest delivery, I recommemd vacuum sealing. Your item(s) will be sealed air tight using a FoodSaver vacuum sealer-- so your panties arrive as if they have been just peeled off my body!
Nearly all orders are labeled with a printed postage label. Occasionally I may write your address by hand in blue or black ink, but this is rare and I will let you know if your order will be sent this way.
What is the return address you print on the package?
Nowhere on your package will it say "Pretty Puss", "used panties", or anything adult-related. I print my packages with a set of initials and my return address to ensure the package is delivered properly.
If you are outside of the US...
I am required to fill out a customs form. On that form I will state the contents as "Socks" or "T-shirt".

All orders
are shipped in discreet packaging. Feel safe sending
to the office! I gladly combine shipping on multiple
items.
